3/23/2023 0 Comments Descargar tomtom mysports connect![]() ![]() This is great for me! Please tell me you won't remove the option to save the ttbin file. Still copies ttbin and all the export files. I'm happy to say I found them (obviously searching from my regular user couldn't!) and looks like nothing has changed for me. It must have remained running in that context, which is why the browser association was still to Edge and why the files ended up in Admin's user folder! I don't run as administrator, but needed to elevate for the install. ![]() How? I'm embarrassed to say the answer is obvious now. It's great that you're trying to support these issues.Īt least I've solved both my issues with a restart. (it's for opening links in Outlook, but the idea is the same Windows is using the wrong browser for links opened by another application). Do this with your watch connected and I can find the data, if you do it without a watch connected then please post the 'XX.' refererence Id it displays.įor some reason Edge must be associated as the default application to handle links opened by MySports Connect. If the files are not there can you use the 'Submit app data' in the Advance section of the Settings page to send the current logs. If the 'Show new activities' checkbox is not ticked then MySports Connect won't automatically open the folder to the files, but they should have been saved toĬ:\Users\\TomTom MySports\\Īnd in fact if they weren't then it should have said there was a problem uploaded the activity. I can see that the server provided the KML/TCX/etc so MySports Connect should of downloaded and saved them. There should be no need to keep ttbin files since these are an internal format file and so not of any use outside of our servers. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.Hi. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen). To get the number for Customer Support, click Contact at the bottom of this page, enter the product name and click Phone Us. They are able to more deeply investigate and diagnose problems than we can here on the user forum. At that point I would suggest calling Customer Support and seeing what they can do. If nothing above helps you may have a bad dock or there may be computer setting blocking it. Also check that none of the pins on the dock are bent or pressed in, as that will prevent a connection. It needs to fully click into the cradle and it may help to take it out of the band to do so. It seems simple but this is generally the issue. If it does not have a full connection it will charge but it will not be recognized by the computer. In particular, make sure it is fully snapped into the cradle. A few things to look at (and I apologize if some are very basic but it is best to get past the obvious issues first):ġ) Are you plugged directly into the machine and not a hub?Ģ) Does the port work, can the computer detect other devices (like flash drives) in that port?ģ) Is the watch firmly snapped into the cradle and the USB plug firmly in the port?Ĥ) Is the USB plug free of any debris or blockages?ĥ) Is the Connect software actually running (is there an icon for it in the notification area)?Ħ) Did you install MySports Connect, not MyDrive Connect? It is downloaded from /123ħ) Do you have administrator rights to the computer?Ĩ) Is a firewall or antivirus running that is blocking the software from connecting to TomTom (try turning them off before docking the watch)?ĩ) Does the computer have a good Internet connection (Internet is required to sync)?ġ0) Can you try installing it on a different machine to determine if it is an issue with the computer versus the watch? ![]()
